The Last American Stop
Bandera, Texas — the Cowboy Capital of the World — becomes the last American stop on the 2026 Gumball 3000 Rally before the route crosses into Mexico.
One hundred supercars, driven by celebrities, royalty, athletes, and adrenaline junkies from over forty countries, will roll down 11th Street between 10am and 2pm on June 8. Cars expected this year include those of Michelle Rodriguez, Afrojack, deadmau5, Bun B, Eve, and Jimmy Graham.
Free to attend. No tickets, no reservations. Find a spot on the curb and stay for the afternoon.
Day Of
Two events happening side by side: the Gumball rally on 11th Street, and a local Market Days at the Tinman Parking Lot.
Stake your spot along 11th Street early. Best views are near the intersection with Main. Park a block off and walk in.
The first supercars roll into Bandera from Austin. Expect staggered arrivals through the morning at the 11th Street Cowboy Bar host venue.
Tinman Parking Lot at 11th & Cedar. Local vendors, shopping, food, drinks, live music, family activities. Runs until 5pm.
A Texas cattle drive runs alongside the supercar procession. Live Hill Country music throughout the afternoon.
Gun show demonstrations and the official Miami-to-Mexico-City rally merchandise stand.
The fleet heads south toward the border. Bandera is the rally's final American checkpoint before crossing into Monterrey that evening.
The Tinman Parking Lot vendors pack up. From here on, it's regular Bandera — and regular Bandera on a Monday night is plenty.
The Route · June 5–10, 2026
The 27th Annual Gumball 3000 — the "Road to the World Cup" — ends in Mexico City for the opening match of FIFA World Cup 26 at Estadio Azteca.

Real Texas longhorns share the street with supercars. The collision of cowboy and rally — only in Bandera.
Hill Country bands performing through the afternoon, plus the 11th Street Cowboy Bar's regular lineup.
Tinman Parking Lot at 11th & Cedar. Local vendors, shopping, food, drinks, family activities. 11AM–5PM.
Western gun show demonstrations alongside the rally activities.

The official Miami to Mexico City rally collection — limited-edition collectibles available at the Gumball stand.
Where to Stay
June 8 is a Monday. If you'd rather not drive back the same day, early June is one of the better windows in the Hill Country — rivers up, evenings cool, the heavy summer hasn't set in.

Plan Your Visit
A few things worth knowing before you come — and a few places worth your time after the rally rolls out.
Open since 1921. Best chicken-fried steak in the Hill Country. Get there early on event days — it fills up fast.
Wood-fired pies done right. Quicker than a sit-down spot if you're in town between rally and Market Days.
The Gumball host venue and a Bandera institution. Cold beer, live music, and the whole rally moment happens out front.
The real deal. Country music on a wooden dance floor in a place that hasn't changed since 1968.
Cool off after the rally. The river runs right through town. Bandera City Park has easy access and a place to leave your truck.
Trail rides through real Hill Country ranch land. Half-day, full-day, sunset rides. The kind of thing you tell people about when you get home.
Hand-made smoked salts — the Cowboy Salt is the one to take home. Located at The Salt Block, same property as the contest prize suite.
Western goods, boots, hats, and the kind of small-town general-store browsing that's hard to find anymore. Walk-in welcome.
11th Street will be packed. Park on Pecan or the side streets a block off Main and walk in. Easy walk back if you stay for the afternoon.
